Lead IT infrastructure strategy and daily operations for a global healthcare technology company serving 16,000+ employees. Manage the Cloud Infrastructure and End-User Computing (M365) engineering teams and provide technical leadership across the broader Infrastructure organization in close partnership with the VP of Infrastructure.
- Direct the architecture, migration, and optimization of enterprise Azure ecosystems (multi-tenant, multi-region), Entra ID, hybrid connectivity, and supporting platforms powering revenue-cycle, clinical, and AI-driven products.
- Drive consolidation of acquired companies’ disparate on-premises and cloud environments into secure, governed Azure landings with standardized controls for identity, networking, cost, and operations.
- Own the design, implementation, and ongoing operational support of enterprise identity, secure access, file services, endpoint management and protection, and monitoring platforms, delivering the core technical capabilities that enable organization-wide security and compliance.
- Define and enforce landing-zone standards, Azure Policy, naming conventions, network segmentation, and least-privilege access models that application teams must follow when deploying via Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Establish the infrastructure-level standards and controls that satisfy HITRUST, PCI, and SOC 2 requirements, forming the technical foundation for enterprise policy governance.
- Mentor engineers across Cloud Infrastructure and M365 engineering functions; collaborate with Product, DevOps, and business leadership to deliver secure, scalable infrastructure that supports rapid growth and innovation.
